Excellent fast read and spot on!
We all need greater insight on the root causes, not only from the individual levels but organizational, too.
i was first asked to read this book by my nurse manager i celt as "punishement." as i read more i finally figured out that not only had i been a target of RA i became the RA bully. it has made me open my eyes especially in the "new" era of healthcare. i recommend this book for all healthcare workers.

This is a great book. Bullying is in all aspects of nursing from leadership down to the bedside nurse. I, personally, have been on both sides of the fence and frankly this book helped me see how I was a bully and even more so how I have been bullied by leadership colleagues and superiors. An amazing book. Would highly recommend this book to all staff who want to see bullying stop in nursing.
